AXIS PARK - Availability
We are offering a variety of units at Axis Park by way of either a standard FRI lease or Rockspring's “Easilease” scheme. There are currently 6 units available for workshop/warehouse use.
The benefits of the “Easilease” scheme are as follows:
- A 3 year full repairing and insuring lease inclusive of service charge.
- Tenants are able to exercise a break clause after the end of year 1 upon service of 3 months prior written notification to our clients.
- Early occupation can take place owing to a plain English, short-form lease agreement – tenants have no need to incur legal costs unless they appoint a solicitor.
- Rental costs are fixed for the 3 year term.
